At Gems N’ Loans Dana Point, our employees are unique and certified. Our master jeweler, Frank “Guapo” Felix. He truly is the man and we appreciate his dedication to our Gems N’ Loans Family. Frank grew up in Santa Ana, CA and in 1976 he was hired by a friend of his at a local jewelry store and wound up finding an interest in the products and the market. His friend was let go, but Frank stayed on for 4-5years selling jewelry and ended working his way up for a different company in Irvine, CA.
